The Judges
President Cheryl McCann Lightens the mood with the Judges prior to 2008 CCC final juried competition. The judges are (left to right): Lee Wayne Mills, owner Coastal Frameshop & Gallery; Andy Harris, Commercial Artist; David Koster CPP, owner of Portraits In The Sand
Coastal Camera Club have a annual competition and present two awards for achievement. The award for "Best Photographer of the Year" is based on points achieved by placement in our monthly competitions during the past year. The award for "Best Photograph of the Year" is based on a final end-of -year juried competion by professional judges not associated with CCC. This year we were pleased to obtain the services of:

The Winner
Anne Rhoads with her winning "Photograph of the Year" she named "Old Mill". The photo placed First in the "Manipulated" category during the March competition. This is a first-time event for a 'manipulated' category to win POY. Anne also garnished the most competition points throughout the year to win the "Photographer of the Year" award.
